The additional advantage of this operation is the transformation of the existing building. Indeed, although the building is aging, it does not present any apparent structural disorder. Its rehabilitation is easy, because the large room can easily be partitioned off, and the adjoining premises renovated. We enhance existing construction and give it a second life. Avoiding demolishing the existing building also means limiting nuisance during the construction phase, the consumption of raw materials and avoiding heavy asbestos removal. The project will also promote ownership of the project by residents of the residential area, through respect for existing conditions.
