Charmes sur L'herbasse (26)

The commune of Charmes‐sur L’Herbasse is located in the Drôme, near Romans on Isère. The field is part of the transition between the recognized agricultural landscape of the region, and the villages of Charmes‐sur‐l’Herbasse and Margès and their activities. This landscape is marked by the presence of flexible design of Grass, forming a fabric dense and varied with orchards, agricultural land, hills, farms and villages. Embodying the renewed image of the conditions of production of Ateliers Louis Vuitton, the project will present an example in its insertion to the landscape, its environmental footprint, its exterior fittings, its architecture, and its comfort of use.

The project site is located on a plot with an area of 4.2 ha positioned in the Bayard district on the eastern edge of the commune of Charmes‐sur‐l'Herbasse. THE development of the activity includes the construction of a leather goods workshop 7,580 m² of total floor space: ‐ The workshop and its technical area of 6,294 m² of floor space ‐ a storage wing with 1,287 m² of floor space ‐ the development of a 300-space car park for light vehicles.
