Construction of 6 housing units in the heart of the historic center of Avignon. Creation of commercial premises and two individual boxes on the ground floor.
The site is strongly constrained (very dense historic district) at the bow of the islet. The facade is made up of 2 materials: local stone from the region (Oppède) and coating. The recessed balconies protect the accommodation from North and West winds. Fiber concrete sunshades provide additional protection and animation to facades with their canopy perforations.
