Multimedia Library and Health Center is a collaborating project proposed by two cities. The location of the project has a special advantage in terms of planning, potentially attracting a large number of public and growing demand. The project can integrate different cultural activities and group activi- ties while encouraging commercial services and events in the neighborhood.
The Health Center includes rooms for about ten medical specialized units. These clinics are designed to meet the requirements of each specialized units and are divided into two sections: operation and nursing/care. The clinics share a reception hall and a few adjacent suites. The project is illuminated by the skylight at the center, making the to-and-fro traffic flows between 2 areas more flexible. The Medical Department will have more privacy and security in contrast to the open- ness of the Multimedia Library.
